14-day money-back guarantee

1. If you want to return or exchange a purchased item, you can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt of the item.
   
   
2. The money is returned to the account specified by the buyer within 3 days.
   
   
3. If the goods were paid for by bank transfer or upon collection of the parcel, the money will be returned to the account specified in the return receipt.
   
   
4. If payment was made by card, the money will be refunded to the same account via the selected system.
   
   
5. When returning goods to the Buyer, the following conditions must be met: the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging; the item must be undamaged; the item must be unused and in its original condition (labels intact, protective film untorn, etc.) (this point does not apply if a poor-quality item is returned); the returned item must be in the same condition as when the Buyer received it.
   
   
6. The returned item must not be worn, must be undamaged and must not have lost its retail appearance.
   
   
7. Each product is covered by a supplier's warranty against manufacturing defects and other defects not related to normal use of the product and environmental exposure.
   
   
8. Returned goods must be placed in additional protective (for transportation) packaging (e.g. a box or protective envelope).
